convenient location well-equipped room gated dog training area
The hotel has a convenient location near the waterfront. I found the room to be well-equipped for my needs. The open spaces around the hotel suited my dog well. There was even a gated dog training area available to the public.

surprisingly good stay

The staff demonstrated politeness and helpfulness. The restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner options, VERY convenient. The cleanliness and good value were also appreciated.
The air conditioning was not working effectively in the room. It was hot and stuffy even in mild weather. I found it QUITE inconvenient and hard to regulate the temperature.

The room featured a comfortable bed and adequate space for luggage, VERY practical. The bathroom was clean and well kept. It had good water pressure in the shower. Basic amenities were supplied.

convenient location polite staff
The location is quite convenient. The breakfast was a very good experience. The staff were polite. The room was clean.
I waited for some time. Free parking was advertised. There was a five pound per night charge.

varied choices friendly staff poor shower small bedroom
the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices. the bar being open in the evening with a big selection was convenient. staff members were very friendly and helpful. the seafront is easily accessible.
the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. the power socket was on only one side of the bed, i found this inconvenient. the bedroom was pretty small. the shower pressure was very poor.
